SPECIAL CREDITS

IN LOVING MEMORY
This site is in honor & memory of my dear cousin Salvatore (second in from left) who we
affectionately called "Torre" - - I am sorry I never had the chance to say good-bye... but as you
once said as we were running late for my flight at the Catania Airport to return to the states,
"Donna, sempre donna"  - - I never dreamed that that would be the last time I would ever see you...

This site is also dedicated to all my family on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean and throughout the World.

No website is every truly executed without the help of others.  There are many who
helped me put this site on map (or web in this case) Here are just a few who helped...

My Ancestors
I know there is a lot more history
which will take years to research,
but I will continue to gather it.

My Parents
My mother, for all the recipes and
patience in teaching them to me,
Thank you for both being Sicilian!

Giuseppe Cristaldi
My cousin, for all the fun and laughter in Sicily and in Rome...
I thought for a while we would be the last two of the Mohicans, or Cristaldis in this case,
but life does go on... and I hope to return one day soon and finally meet your son.

My Relatives
My relatives on both sides of the Atlantic, here in the New World and in the Old Country,
including my Aunt Rosie & Aunt Mary (may you both rest in peace) and my uncles, cousins
who made growing up and being Italian a truly unique, special and unforgetable experience.

Gary D. Margiotta
My tech, and a damn good one, thanks for putting up this site
(and with me!) and who always helps me out in a technical jam.

J. Geoff Malta
A fellow Sicilian, Jerseyite and a very helpful friend
who encouraged and helped me along with this site.

My Friends
Those from beginning to end, those here on the East Coast, the West Coast, Down South and over in Italy & Sicily.
While diversity in cultures is nice, its also comforting to know that when we sit down to a meal in Little Italy or home, we
all have a common denominator, knowing that our ancestors sat down to break bread together the same way as we do today.

My Clients
For those who are in the food industry and who allow me to represent you through your websites,
everything I learn and re-learn of food, language, culture and memories makes my work sheer pleasure.

My friends at PRIMO Magazine for All Their Support!

Vive La Sicilia, Italia e Cent Anni!

The Links
All those who allowed me to include you in the links section,
but more importantly, putting those sites on the web as a
resource for everyone to enjoy while getting an education.

The Comments
Especially, I want to thank all those who visited,
emailed me, and offered their comments, praise,
and even those who pointed out the typos too!
